Notorious for her modern style of music and extremely obscure wardrobe, Lady Gaga has definitely made her mark on the world.
Biological-
Lady Gaga admits to have used drugs in times of pain; starting from when she was just a teen. She claims that she was "on a whole other psychedelic plane" and that the heavy drug usage has helped her deal with the fame. This shows that the drugs may have influenced her to do things that she would not have done otherwise. Another thing Lady Gaga might have is the Histrionic Personality Disorder. This is a psychological disorder in which the person constantly seeks attention and approval. By the way she acts, it seems that she wants attention, therefore it's highly probable that she has this disorder.
Behavioral-
Many say that Lady Gaga is paying a tribute to Madonna for the way she acts. They say this, because as Gaga rose to action, it seemed as if she followed Madonna to an extent. Just as people used to say that, “Madonna is never out of fashion, she is fashion.” they seem to have the same view about Lady Gaga. Since Madonna was such a famous artist during Gaga’s childhood, it is quite natural to assume that she affected the way Gaga portrays herself.
Cognitive-
Lady Gaga believes that as long as she is able to stand out amongst the crowd of stars, she will remain popular. To follow up with this thought, she has to continuously change her image to ensure that she is never referred to as bland.
Evolutionary-
The natural talent that Gaga possesses was not inherited through her ancestors, but her fashion sense was. Gaga’s Mother (Cynthia Germanotta) highly influences the way that Gaga dresses herself today. And she continues to dress so differently to keep up with the reputation that she has built for herself.
Humanistic-
Lady Gaga's growing need for attention shows that she is very insecure about herself. She wants to remain on the headlines, and that is why she has such an unpredictable nature. These spontaneous stunts are much of the reason why she is so famous.
Sociocultural-
In today’s society, it seems as if anything that is unique gets popular very fast. That is also the case with Lady Gaga. People have never seen someone such outrageous acts, therefore they are attracted to it.
Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic- As a child, everyone around Gaga knew that she was extremely talented. Her exceptional skills set up some sort of expectation that Gaga knew she would have to fulfill. To build her reputation, she started committing these extraordinary acts, and that is how she was able to earn her stardom.
I did a similar character named Mystery. It's funny how similar these two people are within these seven perspective. Especially the cognitive perspective. He believes that if he's the center spot light, then he'll remain popular within his community.
